CMSPI is thrilled to announce the latest addition to its Pinpoint software suite, Pinpoint:Analytics. Pinpoint:Analytics is a dynamic, interactive dashboard which gives merchants on-going analysis of their payments related costs and trends.

As well as looking at a merchant’s overall payments profile, the dashboard also allows merchants to drill down into their estate on a specific geographical or site-by-site basis. This level of insight, coupled with CMSPI’s extensive benchmarking data, provides full transparency of payment types and trends across a merchant’s estate – allowing merchants to make informed and future-proofed decisions.

The dashboard is completely customizable and is built to serve both cash and card related products. Pinpoint:Analytics allows merchants to analyze and audit their entire estate to make sure they are fully aware of any changes in the payments profile and react accordingly. This is really exciting for us (and we hope for merchants!) because this is the first piece of software which we provide merchants with on a month-by-month basis. Our other Pinpoint programs are used in-house by our analysts, so I’m really excited to put this one into the hands of our clients!
