CMSPI were appointed to guide La Redoute, Daxon and Vertbaudet through the tendering process and use their in-depth knowledge of the card acquiring market to identify savings opportunities across all brands. I’m pleased to say that CMSPI have fully delivered on this. The tendering process has been a valuable exercise where CMSPI have successfully challenged areas of costs on behalf of the three brands that would otherwise have been opaque and, seemingly, non-negotiable.
