At a time when we had a budget crunch and needed to upgrade our existing technology, we were looking for a partner that could help us navigate the search for cost effective suppliers with current technology for our complex business. After quickly identifying (and helping to correct) premium charges from our incumbent vendor, CMSPI fully managed an end-to-end RFP process for our card processing arrangements in conjunction with a direct negotiation with our gateway/hardware partner. After the conclusion of both exercises, we now feel that we have achieved market-leading commercial arrangements and an optimized overall payments solution. CMSPI understood that while we were interested in achieving cost savings, managing our supplier relationships was also essential – their assistance during the implementation of our new solution was greatly valued and helped to reduce internal resource and operational impacts.
We have subsequently expanded our relationship with CMSPI to other global markets, and I look forward to working with the team at CMSPI on more initiatives in the future!
