CMSPI is proud to release the second edition of our annual State of the Industry Report (SOIR), produced in partnership with the CMSPI Insights Advisory Council (IAC). Building on the success of last year’s inaugural report, this year’s edition delivers fresh data, deeper analysis, and an even sharper merchant perspective.

What are the characteristics of a successful payment method, and how do our options today measure up? CMSPI’s Insights Team has created the State of the Industry Report to be the first of its kind, developed with merchant input, to fuel merchant decision-making. This year our team introduces a scorecard to compare and contrast the various payment methods facing our merchants today.
