Holly Tjaden is the Manager of US Payments at McDonald’s and oversees the business side of Payments for the McDonald’s US Market. She has over 7 years of Payment experience and has worked in the QSR space for her entire Payments career. At McDonald’s, her responsibilities include managing US card network and card processor relationships, continuously lowering the cost of payment acceptance, educating the business on payment types & costs, and helping the business make informed decisions on new pay types to benefit both McDonald’s and the customer.
