About Robbie
Robbie leads up CMSPI’s APAC region, partnering with merchants in Australia, New Zealand and a multitude of other local markets in Asia to help them navigate the complex payments market and maximize payments supply chain performance.
At CMSPI, Robbie spearheads digital payments optimization projects, with a particular focus on mitigating fraud and enhancing authorization rates. He brings considerable experience to projects such as the implementation of PSD2 in Europe and similar initiatives in Asia. In addition to his responsibilities, he holds the esteemed role of Co-chair of the Merchant Risk Council APAC Community.
Throughout his career, Robbie has overseen numerous client relationships, collectively driving an annual profit improvement exceeding $30 million through payments optimization and continuing to make significant strides in this field.
